Quicche

In this recent project I had the privilege of styling the looks for the talented musician “Quicche” as he embarks on a new chapter in his career with the release of his first solo album. This project presented a unique challenge and opportunity to create a visual narrative that would reflect the evolution of Quicche’s music, as it combines his classic folk roots with a dynamic blend of pop with electronic elements. I wanted his costume to reflect this exciting journey. It was important to embody both the nostalgic, classic essence and the fresh, modern vibes in his look.

For the photoshoot, we selected two distinct locations: the serene, natural beauty of a botanical garden, and the dramatic allure of a theater stage. These settings perfectly captured the contrast between the timeless and the contemporary, mirroring Quicche’s unique musical style. Collaborating with the talented photographer @txmo.vxgt and under the creative direction of @anna_balthasar, we were able to bring this vision to life, creating images that beautifully encapsulate the essence of Quicche’s musical evolution.

This project has been an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to delve deep into the creative process and work closely with an artist whose music is both rich in tradition and forward-looking. I am thrilled to continue this creative journey with Quicche. I will do the costumes for his upcoming video as well as the looks for his tour, where we will further explore and expand on the visual themes that began with this fotoshooting.
